Maria Mountain, MSc is a full-time strength coach, speaker, and consultant specializing in goalie training. As the founder of GoalieTrainingPro.com, she is recognized as the leading authority in effective and scientifically supported off-ice training that genuinely enhances goalie performance. With her expertise, she has guided goalies at all levels to achieve their potential, win more games, and experience fewer injuries in AA, Jr, ECHL, European Pro, Adult League, AHL, and NHL.

RESEARCH STUDY:
This program is designed based on Maria Mountain's 6 years of university studying Kinesiology, over 20 years as a Strength Coach, tens of thousands of dollars invested in continuing education, and more than 17 years working closely with goalies.

None of the stretches in this program should cause you pain. If any stretch is painful, stop immediately and consult with a sport physical therapist or your preferred healthcare provider. Be sure to watch all the video tutorials before starting the program. Remember, it takes time to improve your mobility, so avoid forcing movements in this program as it will not be beneficial.
